(See Attachment I to these minutes). <br /> <br />Dartyl Fults - 15410 BarillD - Stated that he is in attendance at the request of <br />Mrs. n>lly Fleisciler to express mncerns regarding downzoning her property fran <br />UflI3 to B-3. Mr. Fults stated that Mrs. Fleisdler contends, and he agrees, that <br />lqEoning is diff icul t and feels her property should rEmain zoned ute and <br />dcwnzoned to R-3 at sane lDint in the future should it beoane necessary.
