I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I CI TY OF RAPfi EY COODITICN\L USE FERMIT AGREEMENT ~is agreement entered into this day of , 1986, between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as -City,- and Mr. Wayne knudson, hereinafter referred to as -Applicant, - in oonjunction with the issuance to the Applicant of a conditional use peomit to operate a cement oontracting business from his home at 15401 Anmstrong Boulevard N.W. ~e oonditional use peomit is hereby granted contingent upon the Applicant agreeing to and complying with the following oonditions: 1. Adequate off-street plrking shall be Jl[ovided. 2. All vehicles, machinery and equipnent for the cement contracting business shall be stored inside an accessory structure oonstructed for sum p.lr~se. 3. Exterior displays or signs and exterior indication of the pro~sed use shall not be peomitted except as pemitted in Seciton 170.05 of the Ci ty Code. 4. lhe City of Ramsey reserves the right to inspect the premises at any reasonable time if it receives complaints from adjoining property owners. 5. lhis condi tional use permit agreenent shall be re(X)rded as plrt of the Applicant's deed. 6. lhis oonditional use permit shall apply only to that property legally described as follows: lhe North half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, 'ltMnship 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. S(J~RY ~e Applicant understands and agrees that the condi tional use permit granted herein is subject to review at any time and shall be reviewed annually by Ci ty Staff. Any violation of the conditions described herein or any violation of any other Ci ty ordinances may be cause for iDmediate revocation of this condi tional use permit.
