Accurate plat plan drawn to scale showing the local, size, <br />shape, height, and use of all existing buildings (if any) <br />and all proposed buildings and the width and depth of ex- <br />isting or proposed yards of the property involved <br /> <br />2. Photographs of the property to illustrate condition of property <br /> <br />3. Legal description and, if a County Board of Adjustment, a <br />list of property owners within 500 feet of the applicants <br />property along with the name of the township and the name <br />of any city within two miles <br /> <br />4. Varify if property is in flood plain, shore land area and/or <br />wild and scenic river program area <br /> <br />5. Any fees for the application <br /> <br />6.
