<br />Councilmember Jeffrey introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-03-077 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING EXCESS EQUIPMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staffhas conducted a review of the existing fleet of city vehicles; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff has determined that three (3) vehicles should be declared excess <br />equipment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff intends to sell the three (3) vehicles at auction and purchase one late <br />model, low mileage, fuel efficient vehicles for city hall staff use. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey authorizes declaration of the following three <br />(3) vehicles as excess equipment: <br /> <br />UNIT 307 - 2F AFP71 W8YX1238549, 94,000 Miles <br />UNIT 032 - 2FAHP71 W93X175806, 101,000 Miles <br />UNIT 033 - 2FAFP71 W03X175807, 90,000 Miles <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Pearson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Olson <br />Councilmember Strommen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br />
