<br />Councilmember Cook introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-06-181 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF <br />The East 500 feet of the South 200 feet (as measured along the East and South lines <br />respectively) of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE Y.. of SE Y..) of Section <br />numbered twenty-seven (27), Township Thirty-two (32) North, of Range Twenty-Five (25) <br />West. Subject to an easement for Road purposes over the North 33 feet thereof and over <br />the East 93 feet thereof. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City Council approved a Tax Increment Financing Agreement (the <br />"TIF Agreement") with Riverside Manufacturing, Inc., a Minnesota Corporation, on April 25, <br />2006; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, subsequent to approval of the TIF Agreement the land to be conveyed to <br />Panther legally described at The East 500 feet of the South 200 feet (as measured along the East <br />and South lines respectively) of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE ~ ofSE~) <br />of Section numbered Twenty-seven (27), Township Thirty-two (32) North, of Range Twenty- <br />Five (25) West. Subject to an easement for Road purposes over the North 33 feet thereof and <br />over the East 93 feet thereof. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the final draft of the TIF Agreement is dated as of April 25, 2006. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA; <br /> <br />The East 500 feet of the South 200 feet (as measured along the East and South lines <br />respectively) of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE ~ of SE ~) of Section <br />numbered Twenty-seven (27), Township Thirty-two (32) North, of Range Twenty-Five (25) <br />West.
