<br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />ST ATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, June 27, 2006, at the <br />Ramsey Fire Station Number I, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Todd Cook <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember Mary Jo Olson <br />Councilmember Al Pearson <br />Councilmember Sarah Strommen <br /> <br />Councilmember David Jeffrey <br /> <br />City Administrator James E. Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Finance.Officer Diana Lund <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />Police Chief James Way <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:02 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Councilmember Strommen. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec announced there are still openings for the Rotary Golf Tournament, which will be <br />held at Northfork on Thursday this week. He thanked the Ramsey Lions for the annual picnic at <br />Central Park and announced there was a groundbreaking for the new building the Ramsey Lions <br />contributed to at Central Park. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman indicated the addition of Case No. 15B: Authorize Sale of City <br />Owned Property to GM Land Company, Inc. <br /> <br />P16 <br /> <br />City Council!
