<br />Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-__ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO HTG ARCHITECTS TO OPERATE A DRIVE-THRU FOR BANK OPERATIONS IN <br />THE TC-2 ZONING DISTRICT AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, HTG Architects, hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant," has properly <br />applied for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a drive-thru for Klein Bank in the TC-2 Zoning <br />District on property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Outlot H, Ramsey Town Center Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />("S ubj ect Property") <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on August 3, 2006 conducted the. <br />public hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact # , a Conditional Use Permit (permit) to operate a drive- <br />thru for Klein Bank in the TC-2 Zoning District, is hereby granted to HTG Archtitects, <br />referred to as the "Permittee". <br /> <br />2. That the Permit only applies to the drive-thru that will be part of Klein Bank to be located in <br />the future Lot 1, Block 1 of Ramsey Town Center 14th Addition. <br /> <br />3. That the Permit only allows for the use of the drive-thru to support bank operations contained <br />within the proposed grocery store. <br /> <br />4. That the area of the drive-thru shall only be located as shown on the proposed site plan <br />approved in accordance with Klein Bank. Any relocation of the drive-thru shall be reviewed <br />and approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />5. That the area utilized for the drive-thru shall be properly constructed and maintained in <br />accordance with all applicable Staff Review letters, approved site plans, City Code, and <br />Uniform Building Codes. <br /> <br />6. That the landscaping and fencing contingencies, as outlined in the Staff Review Letter, shall .. <br />be installed and maintained as long as this permit is valid. '-:- <br /> <br />7.
