<br />PROPOSED VARIANCE <br />MR. LYLE KNOSALLA <br />7321 181ST AVENUE N.W. <br />RAMSEY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />On , 198_, a variance was issued to Mr. Lyle Knosalla to <br />construct an accessory structure which will be located nearer the front lot <br />line than the principal structure on the property at 7320 181st Avenue <br />N.W., which property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Dryden Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />This agreement is issued pursuant to Section 170.013G of the Ramsey City <br />Code. The conditions of this variance are as follows: <br /> <br />1. The accessory structure shall be located no closer to tbe front <br />property line than ~ feet. <br /> <br />2. The accessory structure shall be constructed of materials and <br />construction similar to that of the ~rincipal structure on the <br />property. <br /> <br />3. The accessory structure shall be used only for the storage of personal <br />property, materials, vehicles and equipment. <br /> <br />4. There shall be no commercial or industrial activities shall be <br />permitted in the accessory structure. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />Mr. Lyle Knosalla hereby acknowledges receipt of this variance and that he <br />has reviewed the conditions of the variance and has agreed that he will <br />comply with the terms of this variance. <br /> <br />MR.
