LYNN BOEHLAND <br />17211 GERMANIUM STREET N.W. <br />RAMSEY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />On , 198_. a Board of Adjustment variance was issued to <br />Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Boeh1and to construct an in-ground swimming pool in front <br />of the principal structure on the property generally known as 17211 <br />Germinium Street N.W., which property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 15, Block 4, Brookview Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />This variance is issued pursuant to Section 170.0l3G of the Ramsey City <br />Code. The conditions of this variance are as follows: <br /> <br />1. The pool shall be. located no closer to Germanium Street than __ feet. <br /> <br />2. No construction of the pool shall commence without proper approval and <br />permitting by the City Building Official. <br /> <br />3. Fencing of the pool shall be in accordance with the requirements of the <br />City Building Official. <br /> <br />4.
