<br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br />PUBLIC BEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />!lOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a public bearing on TueSday, April 22, 1986 <br />at tbe Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowtben Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota <br />regarding proposed utility exten.ion to tbe City', Industrial Area. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mayor Gary Heitman <br />Councilmember Arnie Cox <br />Councilmember Al Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Jean Scblueter <br /> <br />Also Present: City Administrator David Hartley <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br />Finance Officer Noel Graczyk <br />Reporter Katby Cassidy <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Kayor Heitman called tbe public bearing to order at 7:47 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that Staff is recommending that the City Council continue <br />this particular hearing until April 29, 1986 at which time Staff will be better <br />prepared to address the issue. <br /> <br />There was not other citizen input. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Heitman and seconded by Councilmember Schlueter to continue the <br />public hearing regarding extension of public utilities to the City's Industrial <br />Area until April 29, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. in the Ramsey Municipal Center. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter.
