Gym facility. (Plea.e refer to re.olution file for le.olution 186- <br />62). <br /> <br />Further Di.cu..ion: Councilaember Cox di.agreed with Item 1.a of the <br />resolution requiring Mr. lummala to plat any additional land that aay he needed <br />for the facility. <br /> <br />Amendment by Councilmember Cox and .econded by CouDcilmember Reimann to amend <br />Item #l.a of the resolution to read as follows: 'Tbat any additional land Mr. <br />Kummala may need for the expansion be subdivided in accordance with City Code <br />requirements before the City issues any building permits for the expansion;' <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Mike Kopiecki was present representing Mr. Kummala and <br />stated that the expansion hinges on sanitary sewer and water becoming available <br />and if so, how it will be funded. Mayor Beitman stated that sanitary sewer and <br />water to the industrial area will be discussed at the April 29 special Council <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Amendment carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Beitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting Bo: None. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Ho: Hone. <br /> <br />Case #10: Approval Of Critical Rivers Recreational Trail Corridor: <br /> <br />Ms. Norris stated tbat Council adopted tbe Environaental Protection Ordinance <br />in 1985 and part of tbat ordinance requires tbe City to designate a <br />recreational trail corridor along tbe Mississippi liver.
