Minnesota. <br /> <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Ms. Cheryl <br />Villeneuve for a conditional use permit to operate a typing and work processing <br />service from her home at 6230 177th Lane N.W. which property is legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 12.
