<br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />CIn 01 IAMsn <br /> <br />COImITIONAL 11SI PIRHIT AGUEHDT <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />This agreement entered into this day of . <br />1986, between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to .s <br />"City." and Ms. Cheryl Villeneuve. hereinafter referred to as <br />"Applicant," in conjunction with the issuance to the Applicant of <br />a conditional use permit to operate a typing and work processing <br />business from her home at 6230 177th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />This conditional use permit is hereby granted contingent upon the <br />Applicant agreeing to and complying with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. Adequate off-street parking shall be provided. <br /> <br />2. Exterior displays or signs and exterior indication of <br />the proposed use shall not be permitted except as <br />permitted in Section 170.05 of the City Code. <br /> <br />3. The City of Ramsey reserves the right to inspect the <br />property at any reasonable time if it receives complaints <br />from adjacent property owners. <br /> <br />4. The Applicant shall be the only employee of the proposed <br />use. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />5. The proposed use shall take place solely within the <br />principal structure. <br /> <br />6. This conditional use permit shall apply to that property <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 12. Block 5. Rodeo Hills Estates. Anoka County. <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />7. This conditional use permit shall be recorded as part of <br />the Applicant's deed. <br /> <br />SUMMARY <br /> <br />The Applicant understands and agrees that the conditional use <br />permit granted herein is subject to review at any reasonable time <br />and shall be reviewed annually by City staff. <br /> <br />Any violations of the conditions described herein or any <br />violation of other City ordinances may be cause for immediate <br />revocation of this conditional use permit. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />9 <br />
