PERMIT AGREKKEIT <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />This agreement entered into this day of <br />1986. between the City of Ramsey. hereinafter referred to as <br />"City." and Mr. James Roberts. hereinafter referred to as <br />"Applicant." in conjunction with the issuance to the Applicant of <br />a conditional use permit to operate a repair and telephone and <br />catalog sales service of firearms from his home at 7441 164th <br />Lane N.W. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />This conditional use permit is hereby granted contingent upon the <br />Applicant agreeing to and compling with tbe following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Adequate off-street parking shall be provided. <br /> <br />2. Exterior displays or signs and exterior indications of <br />tbe proposed use shall not be permitted except as <br />permitted in Sections 170.01 and 170.05 of the City <br />Code. <br /> <br />3. Tbe City of Ramsey reserves tbe rigbt to inspect tbe <br />property at any reasonable time if it receives <br />complaints from adjacent property owners. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />4. Tbe Applicant sball not stock any firearms for retail <br />sales on bis premises. Tbe only firearms that he sball <br />be permitted to store sball be those that bave been <br />ordered but bave not been received by tbe purcbaser or <br />tbose tbat are being repaired by tbe Applicant. <br /> <br />5. The Applicant shall not release any firearms to any <br />customers until tbe customer bas completed and submitted <br />tbe appropriate application for a firearms permit and <br />tbe Police Department bas reviewed the application. <br /> <br />6. Tbe proposed use sball take place solely witbin tbe <br />principal structure. <br /> <br />7. This conditional use permit sball apply to tbat property <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Tbe north 233 feet of tbe east 200 feet of tbe west 899 <br />feet of tbe Nortb Half of tbe Northeast Quarter of <br />Section 16. Townsbip 32. Range 25 (subject to a road <br />easement over tbe soutb 33 feet tbereof) together witb <br />an easement for road purposes in com.on with other uses <br />tbereof.
