Adequate parking shall be available to accommodate tbe <br />increased capacity of the churcb. <br /> <br />2. The Applicant shall submit all construction plans as <br />required to City staff prior to issance of any building <br />permit. <br /> <br />3. This conditional use permit sball apply to that property <br />identified by PIN: 03-32-25-43-0002. Anoka County. <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />4. The City of Ramsey reserves the right to inspect the <br />property at any reasonable time if it receives <br />complaints from adjacent property owners. <br /> <br />SUMMARY <br /> <br />The Applicant understands and agrees that the conditional use <br />permit granted herein is subject to review at any reasonable time <br />and shall be reviewed annually by City staff. <br /> <br />Any violations of the conditions described herein or any <br />violation of other City ordinances may be cause for immediate <br />revocation of this conditional use permit. <br /> <br />7ff <br />
