This property is legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at tbe Northeast corner of .aid Section 34; thence on an <br />assumed bearing of South 0 degrees, 55 minutes, 06 seconds East, along the <br />East line of said Northeast Quarter, for 1321.75 feet to the Nortbeast <br />corner of said Government Lot 4; thence South 89 degrees, 36 minutes, 21 <br />seconds West, along a line to be hereafter known as Line "A" for the <br />purposes of tbis description, for 1623.71 feet to a point to be bereafter <br />known as Point "B" for tbe purposes of tbis description, being a Judicial <br />Landmark marked pursuant to Torrens Filw 10.
