I I I I I I I I I I I I I I ROTICE OF PUBLIC HEARI"C CITY OF RAMSEY AROKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the City of Raasey's Planning and Zoning Commi88ion will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 6, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. The purpose of tbe bearing is to consider a request by Mr. David Raymond of Nationwide Housing Corporation for a conditional use permit to construct a mini-storage facility at 6615 Highway 10 N.W.. This property is legally described as follows: Commencing at tbe Northeast corner of .aid Section 34; thence on an assumed bearing of South 0 degrees, 55 minutes, 06 seconds East, along the East line of said Northeast Quarter, for 1321.75 feet to the Nortbeast corner of said Government Lot 4; thence South 89 degrees, 36 minutes, 21 seconds West, along a line to be hereafter known as Line "A" for the purposes of tbis description, for 1623.71 feet to a point to be bereafter known as Point "B" for tbe purposes of tbis description, being a Judicial Landmark marked pursuant to Torrens Filw 10. T-2694; thence South 1 degree, 05 minutes, 57 seconds East for 164.16 feet to the intersection witb tbe Northeasterly rigbt-of-way boundary line of Trunk Higbway No. 10, as shown on MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION MONUMENTATION PLAT 02- MS, filed as Anoka County Recorder Document Bo. 541042, said point of intersection also being a Judicial Landmark set pursuant to said Torrens File No. T-2694, and also being tbe actual point of beginning of tbe tract to be hereby described; thence return North 1 degree, 05 minutes, 57 seconds West for 164.16 feet to said Point "B"; tbence North 0 degrees, 42 minutes, 25 seconds West for 243.04 feet to tbe intersection witb the Soutberly railroad rigbt-of-way line of Burlington Nortbern Railroad Company, said point of intersection also being a Judicial Landmark set pursuant to said Torrens File No. T-2694; thence South 66 degrees, 41 minutes, 37 seconds East, along said railroad right-of-way line, for 604.63 feet to the intersection with tbe afore described line "A"; thence South 89 degrees, 36 minutes, 21 seconds West along said Line "A" for231.51 feet to a point thereon a distance of 320.80 feet East of said Point "B"; thence South 1 degree, 05 minutes, 57 seconds East for 311.78 feet to the intersection with said higbway right-of-way boundary line; tbence North 65 degrees, 48 minutes, 26 seconds West along said highway rigbt-of-way boundary line to 354.78 feet to the point of beginning.
