<br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />CIn OF IAMSIY <br /> <br />COIDITIORAL USIt PIRKIT AGUltMDT <br /> <br />This contract entered into thi. day of , <br />1986 between tbe City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as <br />"City," and Mr. David laymond repre.enting lationa1 Housing <br />Corporation, bereinafter referred to al -Applicant," in <br />conjunction with the issuance to the Applicant of a conditional <br />use permit to construct a mini-.torage facility and variance to <br />exceed the maximum impervious .urface coverage at 6615 Higbway 10 <br />N.W. in tbe B-1 business district. <br /> <br />The conditional use permit and variance are bereby granted <br />contingent upon tbe Applicant agreeing to the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. The Applicant shall submit his construction plans, <br />landscaping plans, drainage plans to tbe City for review <br />prior to tbe issuance of any building permit. <br /> <br />2. Any .igns erected on tbe premises shall be in accordance <br />with Section 170.05 of tbe City Code. <br /> <br />3. Any ligbting on tbe premises used to illuminate tbe <br />structures and parking areas sball be arranged to <br />deflect away from any adjoining property or public <br />street. Bulbs emitting in excess of 3,000 lumens (150 <br />watts) sball be directed so that tbe bulb is not visible <br />from off of tbe property wbere such light source exists. <br /> <br />4. The Applicant shall be responsible for maintaining the <br />premises. This shall include, but not be limited to. <br />maintaining any landscaping and keeping the premises <br />free from litter and garbage. <br /> <br />5. The City of Ramsey reserves the rigbt to inspect the <br />property at any reasonable time if it receives <br />complaints from adjacent property owners. <br /> <br />6. There shall be no outdoor storage of any automobiles or <br />other vehicles. <br /> <br />7. This conditional use permit agreement shall be recorded <br />as part of the Applicant's deed. <br /> <br />8. This conditional use permit and variance shall apply to <br />that property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Seciton 34; <br />thence on an assumed bearing of Soutb 0 degrees, 55 <br />minutes. 06 seconds East. along the East line of said <br /> <br />.39 <br />
