The Soil Engineer has raised the grade <br />on the project one (1) foot over the original grade because of the extro- <br />dinary high water table in the Ramsey area in the last year. This will <br />put the basement floors at 4' or better over the water table, and 6' over. <br />normal pond elevation. <br /> <br />We have also had inquiries on Out Lot J and have submitted for consider- <br />ation Exibit C & D. <br /> <br /> <br />The total project plus the 18 lots on the east side of Argon St. NW vill <br />take considerable soil correction. The improvements and estimated costs <br />are shown in Exibit A & B for the 18 lots.
