<br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />AN OKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a special meeting on Monday, April <br />14,1986 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mr. Xen Peterson, Chairman <br />Mr. Ben Deemer <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Planner Anne Norris <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the special meeting to order at 7:33 p.m. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson adjourned the meeting at 7:33 p.m. in order to conduct the <br />following public hearings: <br /> <br />1. Request for conditional use permit to construct and operate a <br />cemetery; case of Cross of Hope Lutheran Church and Mr. Bob Sylvester. <br /> <br />2. Request for conditional use permit to construct a mini-storage <br />facility and variance to exceed the maximum impervious surface <br />coverage; case of Mr. Bill Dubats. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson called the meeting back to order at 7:42 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Zimmerman to approve <br />the agenda as submitted. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Shumway, Deemer, <br />Zimmerman and Howell. Voting No: None.
