<br />CASE #15: <br /> <br />INFORMATION ITEMS <br /> <br />1. At its meeting on February 9, 1988, the City Council took the fOllCMing <br />action: <br /> <br />a. Requested Staff to draft an ordinance allCMing the issuance of an <br />additional off-sale liquor license in the City. <br /> <br />b. Designated the City's 1988 allocation of CDBG funds for senior <br />citizen transportation services. <br /> <br />2. At its meeting on February 24, 1988, the City Council took the <br />follCMing action: <br /> <br />a. Considered (at Breezy's request) Breezy Outdoor's request for a <br />conditional use permit to construct an advertising sign and tabled <br />action on the request until the Council has revieved the Highway 10 <br />Corridor study recommendations. <br /> <br />b. Denied Mr. Roger Suter's request for a conditional use permit to <br />dismantle buses and directed staff to pursue the removal of the <br />ino~rable buses frem 6106 Highway 10 through the nuisance process. <br /> <br />c. Revieved Mr. David Schulte's request for assistance in acquiring <br />road right-Of-way and requested that Mr. Schulte extend Wolfram <br />Street N.W. south to a temporary cul-de-sac, extend 160th Lane N.W. <br />west to connect with Wolfram Street, and extend Xenon Street N.W. <br />north frem County Road #5 in a temporary cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />\3<; <br />
