Holm <br /> <br />Case #6: Request For Sketch Plan Review: C2~e Of Mr. Richard Svbrant: <br /> <br />, Mr. Sybrant was present requesting sketch plan review of his proposed <br />subdivision of 40 acres located east of Armstrong Blvd. N.W. and north of <br />Central Park into 15 single family lots to be accessed by a series of cul- <br />de-sacs. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Howell and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to <br />recommend that Mr. Sybrant proceed to the preliminary plat stage with the <br />recommendation that Chameleon Street be extended to the west property line <br />and that Alpaca Street be extended to the north property line. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Holm <br /> <br />Review Of Sketch Plan For Prouertv East Of Riverside West: <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich presented copies of a sketch plan for property located <br />directly east of Riverside West. owned by Mr. Ed Hamilton and Mr. Winslow <br />Bolasek. Mr. Goodrich noted that the city is in the process of acquiring <br />easements for MSA Front Street. sewer and water and storm sewer <br />improvements. Part of the easement agreement is allowing the property <br />owner sewer ser\Tices in the street and to do that. the property owner needs <br />to know how the plat will be developed.
