OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, January 26, <br />1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota regarding sewer and water improvements for Front Street N.W. from <br />Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W. to Tungsten Street N.W. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Steve DeLuca <br />Councilmember Al Pearson <br /> <br />Also Present: City Administrator David Hartley <br />City Attorney William Goodricb <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Members Absent: Councilmember Arnie Cox <br />Councilmember Al Sorteberg <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />, '1 Mayor Reimann called tbe public bearing to order at 8:00 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka stated that tbe proposed project includes extension <br />of sewer and water along Front Street from Sunfish Lake Blvd. to Tungsten <br />Street N.W. Tbe estimated total cost f~r sewer tiunk is $62,400 and <br />$69,550 for water main; tbis project can be financed tbrough tax increment <br />financing. In addition to a service availability surcharge, properties <br />making use of the facilities would be billed on a quarterly basis for the <br />services.
