Inc.: <br />l <br /> <br />Construct An Advertisin& <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman recalled a similar request in 1987 whicb Planning and <br />Zoning recommended denial of and City Council tabled until such time as tbe <br />Hwy. #10 Corridor Study is complete. Chairman Zimmerman explained tbat <br />the city bas contracted a study on ways to improve development along Hwy. <br />#10 and it is not known if advertising signs will be permitted. <br /> <br />Jack Lawrance of Signcrafters Outdoor Display, Inc. was present and stated <br />that Breezy Outdoor would be contracting with bis company to construct tbe <br />sign. Mr. Lawrance noted that under current Ramsey ordinances, the sign is <br />a permitted use on the subject site and the applicants were not informed of <br />any moratorium. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich replied that the City has not adopted a formal moratorium but <br />asking as a courtesy, that requests for advertising signs along Hwy. #10 be <br />tabled until the results of the study are known.
