JEFF ERIKSON By: Community Developnent Director Arme Norris Background: tI!t.. Jeff Erikson is requesting a conditional use permit to construct and operate an office and warehouse for an electrical contracting business at hishane at 15270 St. Francis Blvd. This property is located in the B-1 Business District, however, the principal use is residential. The City Attorney has determined that as the principal use of the property is residential, the property is subject to residential restrictions. Mr. Erikson is requesting a conditional use permit to construct and operate a warehouse and office in an accessory structure on his property . Construction on this structure began in 1987 until a stop work order was issued on March 3, 1987 as the building exceeded the height limitations for accessory structures. At that time, Mr. Erikson appl ied to the Ramsey Board of Adjustment for a variance to exceed the height restriction. As the Board could find no hardship or circumstance unique to Mr. Erikson's parcel, the variance request was denied.
