<br />PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE IERMIT <br />MR. JEFF ERIKSOO <br /> <br />en _ _, 198_, a conditional use p:rrnit was issued to Mr. Jeff Erikson <br />to construct and operate an office and warehouse for an electrical <br />contracting business on the pro~rty generally known as 15270 St. Franics <br />Blvd.N.W. and legally described as follONS: <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Soutl'Mest Quarter of Section <br />24, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as <br />follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter <br />of the Southwest Quarter, then East on the North line thereof for a <br />distance of 870 feet to the Westerly line of public road nON known as <br />State Highway 147, then South 25 degrees East along the said Westerly <br />line of said public road for a distance of 165.50 feet, then West and <br />parallel with the said North line of the Northwest Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter for a distance of 939.9 feet to the West line of <br />said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, then North for a <br />distance of 150 feet to the place of beginning, subject to easement of <br />Rural Cooperative Power Associatoin dated April 12, 1967. <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section l70.0l3D of the Ramsey City Code. <br />This conditional use permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the <br />conditions i.np>sed herein are complied with. The conditions of this permit <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />1. The proposed office/warehouse building shall be constructed in <br />accordance with the specifications of the City Building Official. <br />In addition, the proposed office/warehouse structure shall be <br />constructed and finished with materials similar to the residential <br />structure on the subject propeX'ty. <br />, <br /> <br /> 2. <br /> 3. <br /> 4. <br /> 5. <br />o. :Q. <br /> <br />That any signage for the office/warehouse business shall not <br />exceed __ square feet. <br /> <br />That __ spaces of off-street parking shall be provided.
