<br />CASE #6: <br /> <br />REXJUESl' FOR .PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROV'AL OF RAMBOSEK RED OAK ESl'ATES 1 <br />CASE OF MR. JON RAMBOSEK <br />By: Community Developnent Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Jon Rambosek is requesting preliminary plat approval of his proposed <br />resubdivision of Lots 1 and 2 and the northern portion of Lot 4, Vol tin's <br />Oak Hill Estates. These lots are in the R-lR Rural Residential district. <br />The proposed plat consists of six single family residential lots, each at <br />least 2.5 acres in size. <br /> <br />Mr. Rarnbosek is proposing to construct the extension of Wolfram Street <br />N.W.to the County ditch to provide access to lots in Block 1 and 2 of his <br />proposed plat. Access to the lots in Block 3 will be provided by the <br />existing cul-de-sac on Uranium street N.W.
