<br />Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #24-340 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR HIGH POINT <br />STREET RECONSTRUCTIONS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #25-05 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct the streets within the High Point <br />Subdivision as identified within the 2025 – 2034 Capital Improvement Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #24-138, adopted May 28, 2024, the <br />City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Hakanson Anderson for topographic survey of the <br />project area in the amount of $7,650.00; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #24-220, adopted August 12, 2024, the <br />City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Independent Testing Technologies, Inc., for a <br />geotechnical report of the project area in the amount of $8,880.00; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Staff has the capacity to prepare plans and specifications for High Point Street <br />Reconstructions, Improvement Project #25-05. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby orders the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for <br />High Point Street Reconstructions, Improvement Project #25-05. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Woestehoff, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Woestehoff <br /> Councilmember Howell <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
