Councilmember Musgrove introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #24-340 RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR HIGH POINT STREET RECONSTRUCTIONS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #25-05 WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct the streets within the High Point Subdivision as identified within the 2025 – 2034 Capital Improvement Program; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #24-138, adopted May 28, 2024, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Hakanson Anderson for topographic survey of the project area in the amount of $7,650.00; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #24-220, adopted August 12, 2024, the City Council accepted and awarded the proposal to Independent Testing Technologies, Inc., for a geotechnical report of the project area in the amount of $8,880.00; and WHEREAS, City Staff has the capacity to prepare plans and specifications for High Point Street Reconstructions, Improvement Project #25-05. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) The Ramsey City Council hereby orders the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for High Point Street Reconstructions, Improvement Project #25-05. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Woestehoff, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Kuzma Councilmember Musgrove Councilmember Woestehoff Councilmember Howell Councilmember Olson Councilmember Riley Councilmember Specht and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None
