<br />PROPOSED VARIANCE <br />MR.. DEAN HANSON <br />15665 JUNIPER RIDGE DRIVE N.W. <br />RAMSEY. MINNESOTA <br /> <br />On .198_. the Ramsey Board of Adjustment issued a <br />variance from Section 170.076 of the Ramsey City Code to Mr. Dean Hanson to <br />construct a structure which will encroach on the required setback from the <br />Rum River on the property generally known as 15665 Juniper Ridge Drive N.W. <br />and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 4. Block I. Reilley Estates. Anoka County. Minnesota <br /> <br />This variance is issued pursuant to the authorization of Sections 170.013 <br />and 170.07 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this variance are as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. The structure shall not encroach on the Rum River by more than <br />110 feet. <br /> <br />2. No construction of the structure shall commence prior to the <br />issuance. by the Building Official. of a building permit. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Mr. Dean Hanson hereby acknowledges receipt of this variance and that he <br />has reviewed the conditions of this variance and has agreed that he will <br />comply with the terms of this variance. <br /> <br />MR.
