GEDIQ: FEPEK <br /> <br />On , 198-1 a variance was issued to Mr. George Pepek to construct a <br />garage in front of the principal structure on the property generally known <br />as 8240 l58th Avenue N.W. and legally described as follCMs: <br /> <br />,Lot 3, Block 7, Whispering Pines Estates Plat 3, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota <br /> <br />This agreement is issued pursuant to Section 170.013G of the Ramsey City <br />Code. The conditions of this variance are as follows: <br /> <br />1. The garage shall be of materials and a type construction to match <br />the principal structure. <br /> <br />2. The structure shall be constructed as shCMn on the plans submitted . <br />to and approved by the City's Building Official. l'b construction <br />shall commence without profer awroval and permitting by the City <br />Building Official. <br /> <br />3. The garage shall be used for the storage of personal vehicles and <br />equipnent. <br /> <br />4. The garage shall not be used for any commercial or industrial <br />purposes. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />. Mr. George Pepek hereby acknowledges receipt of this variance and that he <br />has reviewed the conditions of this variance and has agreed that he will <br />comply with the terms of this variance. <br /> <br />MR.
