This ordinance limits lot coverage of impervious surfaces (buildings, parking areas, etc.) to 30%. The proposed site plan for the gas station, convenience store and car wash shows approximately 58% impervious surface coverage. Hr. John Stine, DNR, has reviewed the proposed plans and has commented that if the applicants are willing to make revisions regarding elevations and screening of the manhole, he would recommend approval of the variance.
