This <br />ordinance limits lot coverage of impervious surfaces (buildings, parking <br />areas, etc.) to 30%. The proposed site plan for the gas station, <br />convenience store and car wash shows approximately 58% impervious surface <br />coverage. <br /> <br />Hr.
