George Pepek is requesting a variance in order to construct a garage in <br />front of the principal structure, his heme, at 8240 l58th Avenue N. W. Mr. <br />Pepek is proposing to construct a 26 f x 30' garage 8 feet in front of his <br />hane and existing garage. The proposed garage will be of materials and a <br />type construction to match the house. <br /> <br />Mr. Pepek has stated that the variance is necessary due to the location of <br />a permanent shed behind the existing garage and the location of his <br />drainfield.
