Mr. Jensen <br />noted that City Code allows for a 5 foot side yard setback on the garage <br />side of the home; the home his clients have chosen has living space above <br />the garage and he is therefore restricted to the 10 foot side yard setback. <br /> <br />"' <br />> <br /> <br />-": <br /> <br />Ms. Norris noted that Mr. Jensen would not need a variance if the subject <br />lot was as wide as other lots in the Flintwood Hills POD. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Zimmerman and seconded by Corranissioner Holm to adopt <br />Findings of Fact 0199 relating to Mr. Joseph Jensen's request for a <br />variance. (Please refer to findings of fact file for Findings of Fact <br />0199). <br /> <br />Motion carried.
