JOSEPH JENSEN OF cm:ATIVE BUILDERS AND BCH: DESIGN, INC. <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Joseph Jensen is requesting a variance in order to construct a home at <br />5326 142nd Circle N. W. nearer to the side yard lot line than is permitted <br />by City Code. Mr. Jensen is proposing to construct the house so that one <br />side yard is 10 feet and the other side yard is 7-1/2 feet. Section <br />170.016B of the City Code requires a side yard setback of 10 feet. <br /> <br />The subject property is located located in the Flintwood Hills roD.
