<br />~ <br /> <br />March 24, 1988 <br /> <br />TO: Ramsey Board of lldjustment <br /> <br />FR(]o1: Anne Norris, Community Deve10pnent Director <br /> <br />RE: Addition to Agenda <br /> <br />Please consider the addition of the following case to ctheagenda <br />for the March 24, 1988 Board of lldjustment meeting. <br /> <br />CASE 12: <br /> <br />REVIEW VARIANCE ISSUED 'ID SCENIC SIGN COMPANY FOR <br />SIGN AT 6106 HIGlMAY 10 N.W.; CASE OF MR. TIM DOYLE <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you may recall, Mr. Tim Doyle appeared before the Board of <br />Adjustment on February 11 requesting a variance to construct a <br />sign larger than permitted by City Code and in addition to the <br />existing signage at 6106 Highway 10 N.W. Based on the fact that <br />the sign had previously been on the property, the Board granted <br />approval of this variance. Asa condition of this variance, the <br />Board required Mr. Doyle to remove the single-free standing sign <br />located on the east side of the property. <br /> <br />At the time Mr. Doyle was preparing to have the eastern sign <br />removed, the contractor noted that the sign was the main <br />electrical source of outside electricity on the property. Based <br />on this information, Mr. Doyle is requesting Board <br />reconsideration of the requirement to remove this sign. <br /> <br />For your information, attached are the following items: <br /> <br />a.
