<br />· "f' ~ <br />7. That Section 170.05 of the City Code };:errnits a maximum of 100 square <br />feet for free standing signs in commercial areas. <br /> <br />14. That at the time the proposed sign was previously displayed on the <br />pro};:erty, it was a non-conforming use; that sign was removed from the <br />proferty as the gas service on the sign was no longer in oferation. <br /> <br />15. That Section 170.015H of the City Code requires any non-conforrning use <br />that is discontinued for a period of 12 months to conform to the <br />regulations of Chapter 170.01 before the use may be re-estab1ished. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing findings of fact was duly <br />seconded by Commissioner Howell and upon vote being taken there~n, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Chairman ShlmMay <br />Commissioner Hendriksen <br />Commissioner Howell <br />Commissioner LaDue <br />Commissioner Zi.mnerrnan <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Commissioner Holm <br />Commissioner Terry <br />
