<br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC REARING <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Board of <br />Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 25, 1988 <br />at 7:00 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowtben <br />Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The p~rpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Mr. <br />Glen Hampton for variances from Section 170.015G of the Ramsey <br />City Code to construct an accessory structure which will be <br />constructed on a parcel of land prior to construction of a <br />principal structure and which accessory structure will exceed the <br />permitted height. <br /> <br />The subject property is generally known as 15551 Potassium <br />Street N.W. and is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br />of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the <br />Northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter; then Southerly along the West line of said <br />Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a distance of <br />660.78 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract of <br />land to be herein described; then continuing Southerly on <br />the West line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter a distance of 330.39 feet; then Easterly in a <br />straight line to a point on the East line of said Northwest <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter distant 989.46 feet South <br />of the Northeast corner of said Northwest Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter; then Northerly along the East line of <br />said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a distance <br />of 329.82 feet; then Westerly a distance of 1326.05 feet to <br />the point of beginning - subject to an easement for road <br />purposes over the West 66 feet thereof - and together with <br />an easement for raod purposes over the West 66 feet of that <br />part of said Northeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, <br />Range 25, lying South of the above described premises and <br />North of County Road No.5 so called as the same is now laid <br />out and constructed, excluding Parcel #0820. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br />of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter <br />of the Northeast Quarter; then Southerly along the West line <br /> <br />1+ <br />
