of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a distance of 370 feet; then North and parallel with the West line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a distance of 297.3 feet; then West a distance of 370 feet to the actual point of beginning - subject to an easement for road purposes over the West 66 feet thereof - and together with an easement for road purposes over the West 66 feet of that part of said Northeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25 lying South of the above described premises and North of County Road No.5 so-called as the same is now laid out and constructed. This agreement is issued pursuant to Section 170.013G of the Ramsey City Code. the conditions of the variance are as follows: 1. Tbe accessory structure shall not exceed 22 feet in height. 2. Tbe accessory structure shall be constructed of materials and of the type construction similar to that of the principal structure on the adjacent property. 3. The accessory structure sball be used only for the storage of personal property, vehicles and equipment. 4. No commercial or industrial activity shall be permitted in the accessory structure. 5. 6.
