<br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Board of <br />Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 25,1988 at <br />7:00 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Mr. <br />Duane Kennen for a variance from Section 170.076 of the Ramsey <br />City Code to construct a swimming pool which will encroach on the <br />required setback from the Rum River. <br /> <br />The subject property is generally known as 15845 Juniper <br />Ridge Drive N.W. and is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 4, Block 1, Reilley Estates Second Addition, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and <br />comment on the variance request. <br /> <br />Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the <br />Ramsey Board of Adjustment, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota 55303.
