MINNESOTA <br /> <br />On . 198_. a Board of Adjustment Variance was issued to Duane <br />and Linda Kennen to construct an above ground swimming pool which will <br />encroach on the required Rum River setback on the property generally known <br />as 15845 Juniper Ridge Drive N.W., which property is legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Lot 4, Block 1, Reilley Estates 2nd Addition <br />Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />This variance is issued pursuant to Sections 170.0l3G and 170.076 of the <br />Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this variance are as follows: <br /> <br />1. The pool shall be located no closer to the bluff of the Rum River than <br />30 feet. <br /> <br />2.
