LYLE KNOSALLA <br />By: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Knosalla is requesting a variance in order to construct an accessory <br />structure in front of his home at 7320 l8lst Avenue N.W. Mr. Knosalla is <br />requesting this variance due to the topography and soils of the property. <br />Mr. Knosalla has stated that all the buildable property is located on the <br />north end of the property.
