') <br />...-' <br /> <br />The preliminary plat shall show a feasible plan for future resubdivision <br />by which lots may be resubdivided to meet the size and dimension stand- <br />ards of lots in areas served by public water and sanitary sewer systems. <br /> <br />170.038H INDIVIDUAL SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTB-l ~ITE EVALUATICN .AND ~QUIREMENTS <br /> <br />1. All lots proposed for individual sewage treatment systems <br />shall be evaluated by the Ramsey Plumbing Inspector in accordance with <br />this section and in accordance with Chapter 150.01 of this code. <br /> <br />2. Prior to preliminary plat approval, and in addition to <br />the sketch plan requirement of Section 170.035, the subdivider shal~ <br />file a preliminary sketch plan of the parcel to be subdiv!ded which <br />_shall contain the following information: <br /> <br />.:....!o <br /> <br />('3 <br /> <br />.... <br /> <br />a. Slope; <br />c. The existence of lowlands and local surface depres- <br />sions; <br />d. Depth to the seasonal high ground water table; <br />e.
