Individual signs <br />no larger than 150 square <br />feet. . <br /> <br />Formula For Calculating <br />Permitted Wall Signage <br />For Multi-Tenants <br /> <br />All signs shall be <br />standardized in terms of <br />location on building and <br />style - criteria to be <br />determined by building <br />owner/manager and to be <br />approved by city and kept <br />on file with city. <br /> <br />Wall area computed <br />individually for each <br />tenant based on exterior <br />wall area of space the <br />tenant occupies. <br /> <br />Owner or developer of <br />shopping center submits a <br />comprehensive sign plan as <br />part of development review. <br /> <br />Signs in shopping centers <br />must be designed and arranged <br />in accordance with comprehen- <br />sive sign plan for entire <br />shopping center as approved <br />by city. At time of building <br />permit for sign, must have <br />written endorsement of <br />building owner/manager stating <br />that sign is consistent with <br />sign plan. <br /> <br />Comprehensive signage plan <br />submitted as part of site <br />plan review process. <br /> <br />zt, <br />
