The exploration <br />program included: drilling five soil borings; analyzing the resultant <br />information to provide recommendations for design and construction of the <br />proposed residences and streets; and preparation of this report. <br /> <br />The attached plan is a Preliminary Plat and Grading Plan that was provided <br />to us by Midwest Land Surveyors, Inc. The plan shows the proposed-layout, <br />locations of the proposed streets and lots, and other information. c_,. <br /> <br />DESIGN INFORMATION <br /> <br />We understand that the site will be developed into single-family residen- <br />tial lots. We assume that the proposed residences: will be of wood frame <br />construction; will be one or two stories in height; and will have half or <br />full basements. We also assume that the buildings: will have relatively <br />light foundation loads normally associated with single family residential <br />construction; will have normal tolerance to settlement; will be of conven- <br />tional design and construction; and will be constructed in accordance with <br />applicable building code requirements and the U. S. Department of Housing <br />and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines. Refer to the attached sheets <br />entitled NHUD Land Development with Controlled Earthwork" for information <br />relating to earthwork, foundations, floor slabs, and soil testing. <br /> <br />1925 Oakcrest Avenue.
