Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Cox, DeLuca and <br />Abstain: Councilmember Sorteberg. <br /> <br />Case ~7: Easement Acauisition Re~ardinv Sewer And Water Project For <br />ProDerties South Of U.S. Hi~hway ~10: <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich proceeded to review the following terms presented in a draft <br />agreement between the City and the Holaseks/Ramiltons for easement <br />acquisition regarding sewer and water for properties south of U.S. Rwy. <br />#10: . <br /> <br />Tbe City would receive <br /> <br />an 80 foot right-of-way for Front Street and <br />sewer and water through fee title; <br /> <br />- a 100 foot wide temporary construction <br />easement for construction of sewer and water; <br /> <br />- a 20 foot wide permanent storm sewer easement <br />from soutb of Front Street to the Mississippi <br />River together with it's adjacent <br />construction easement. <br /> <br />Tbe City would <br /> <br />- waive the street assessment for the MSA <br />street to be constructed acrOss that <br />City Council/January 12, 1988 <br /> <br />Ii <br />j <br /> <br />Page 7 of 13 <br /> <br />\ \3 <br />
