Other criteria found relevant by the City. <br /> <br />The applicant shall prove that the use as proposed in the wild animal license <br />application would not result in any detrimental effects as per the criteria <br />listed above. <br /> <br />Subdivision 6. Conditions of Approval. In approving an application for a <br />wild animal license, the City may attach conditions and restrictions as it <br />finds necessary, including but not limited to the following: <br /> <br />A. Restrictions on the number and type of animals. <br /> <br />B. Setbacks greater than those required in 110.183, Subd. 2. <br /> <br />C. Minimum and/or maximum distance between primary and secondary <br />enclosures. <br /> <br />D. Minimum height of enclosures. <br /> <br />E. Size of the enclosures. <br /> <br />Subdivision 7. Expiration." The wild animal license shall expire twelve months <br />from the date of issuance. <br /> <br />Subdivision 8. Renewal of License. Application for renewal of a wild animal <br />license with any changes shall be made a minimum of..J.2.. days before the <br />next regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. Application for re- <br />newal with no changes shall be made 14 days before the next regularly sche- <br />duled City Council meeting providing that the public hearing and review <br />before the Planning Commission has been waived. The City may require <br />an inspection upon renewal of a" wild animal license and shall reserve the <br />right to have said inspection performed by an approved qualified consultant. <br /> <br />110.185 V AlliANCES. I <br /> <br />Subdivision 1. Variance and Review Criteria. Where the City finds <br />that extraordinary hardshi s or ractical difficulties may result from <br />strict. comp lance wlth the provisions of this ordinance, and the pur- <br />poses of "this ordinance may be served to the same or greater exten! <br />by an alternative I the City may approve variances to this <br />or mance so that substantial justice may be done and the public inter- <br />est secured, provided that: (1) such a variance shall not have the <br />effect of nullifying the intent and purpose of :his ordinance and (2) <br />the City shall not approve variances unless, based upon the evidence <br />presented to it, it finds that: <br /> <br />)b <br />
