The two dogs one a german sheppard and the other a dobermin, run loose all the time <br /> <br />and into her yard. The dogs are not under any supervision. At one time the dogs hurt the <br /> <br />complainants cat. The complainant has filed arcomplaint before with the P.D. on the same <br /> <br />dogs. The complainant has told the kids who live with the dogs to keep them out of her yard. <br /> <br />Yesterday 7-06-87 a person came to complainants home inquiring about day care (which the comp <br /> <br />does for a living) the perspective client was very pleased with the home cleanliness etc. <br /> <br />Upon calling the client today the complainant advised the client said all was fine except they <br /> <br />were concerned for the dogs. There-fore the complainant lost some business. The dogs come in <br /> <br />her yard on a daily basis. Eomplainant wishes to file a formal complaint on the dogs and the <br /> <br />owners as she felt that may be what it takes~ I cleared comp home and went to.the address of <br /> <br />15408 Sunfi.sh Lake Bl vd. and s.aw the blOdogs outside wi thout anyone around. The dogs came to <br /> <br />the squad and continued to bark. I waited for'someone to step outside and tie them up before <br /> <br />exiting squad as to the size of the~. I spoke to Joyce Elaine Kulla dob/l2-22-52 ph#427-8586. <br /> <br />I explained to her the rules reguarding dogs, she mentioned she was sick of people complaining <br /> <br />an her dogs and other people let their dogs out also. I told her she. would receive a letter fr <br /> <br />the city and she said she received one approx five years ago. The name of the German ShepPard i <br /> <br />Dixon, and the name of the other is Jesse.
