<br />PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BREEZY OUTDOOR, INC. <br /> <br />On February _, 1988, a conditional use permit was issued to Breezy <br />Outdoor, Inc. to construct an advertising sign on the property generally <br />known as 7009 Highway #10 N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 5, Block 1, Kovar Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Sections 170.013D and 170.054 of the <br />Ramsey City Code. This conditional use permit is perpetual in it's <br />duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1. The sign shall be located at least 5 feet from the property line. <br /> <br />2 . The pro po sed s i g n shall b e c on s t rue t e din ace 0 r d a nee wit h the <br />specifications of Section 170.05 ~f tbe City Code and in accordance <br />with specifications of the Building Official. In addition, no <br />construction shall occur prior to the issuance by the City of a sign <br />permit. <br /> <br />3. The sign shall be properly maintained by Breezy Outdoor, Inc. <br /> <br />4.
