<br />CASE 14: <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO DISMANTLE BUSES; <br />CASE OF MR. ROGER SUTER <br />By: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Roger Suter is requesting a conditional use permit to dismantle buses <br />in the I-I Industrial District on the property at, on 14050 Basalt Street <br />N.W. (the old Dickenson property). As you may recall, this site was the <br />home of many old, scrapped Dickenson buses. In 1987, Mr. Suter dismantled <br />and removed these buses from the site. Mr. Suter is now proposing to bring <br />the buses currently located on Dickenson's property on the south side of <br />Hwy. #10 to the proposed site and dismantle them over a period of not more <br />than one year. <br /> <br />For your information, enclosed are the following items: <br /> <br />a.
