<br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey Planning and Zoning <br />Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 2, <br />1988 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by <br />Mr. Roger A. Suter for a conditional use permit to dismantle <br />buses for a period of one year in the I-I Industrial district on <br />the property generally known as 14050 Basalt Street N.W. and <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 4, Gateway North Industrial Park <br />Plat 2, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and <br />comment on the conditional use permit request. <br /> <br />Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the <br />Ramsey City Council, 15153 NowtheR Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota, 55303.
