<br />PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />MR. ROGER SUTER <br /> <br />On February __I 1988 a conditional use permit was issued to Mr. Roger <br />Suter to dismantle buses in the I-I Industrial District on the property <br />generally known as 14050 Basalt Street N.W. and legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Lots 1. 2. 3 and 4. Block 4. Gateway North Industrial Park. <br />Plat 2. Anoka County. Minnesota. <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section l70.013D of the Ramsey City Code. <br />This conditional use permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the <br />conditions imposed herein are complied with. Conditions of this permit are <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. The conditional use permit shall expire on February 28. 1989. <br /> <br />2. The bus dismantling operation shall be maintained in as neat a manner <br />as practicable. <br /> <br />3. Hours for the dismantling operation shall be as follows: <br /> <br />a.m. to <br /> <br />p.m.. Monday through Saturday <br /> <br />4. Mr. Suter will not leave tires on the site and will properly dispose of <br />them in accordance with MPCA and EPA regulations. <br /> <br />5. Mr. Suter will be responsible for tbe removal of all bus parts. <br />equipment and debris from the subject property upon completion of tbe <br />dismantling operation. <br /> <br />6.
